Mom and I are starting to put a roast in the slow cooker for dinner tonight.  I've really missed home cooked meals.  She didn't cook a whole lot during my teenage years and in my 20's, but in the past few months, she's been cooking more for her and Dad and when I've been with them, I've been able to partake in a lot of it, myself.  She is actually a great cook!  I don't know what sides we are having with it, yet, but that's too be determined.  It is 11:25 and the timer says 5 hours.  So, it should come out of the slow cooker around 4:25.

We talked about it last night, and we don't want anything to derail the short sale.  If my realtor who is facilitating the short sale finds out I'm back in my house, that could derail the short sale because the "hardship" requirement will have been negated.  So, I'm trying to lay low for a while and stay with my parents and just drive by and check on the house every day.  Plus, its cheaper for me to stay here because I can officially cancel my Direct TV which has been on suspension since I left and I won't have to get Internet again there and I don't have to move a mattress in there as well as dishes and stuff like that.  This saves a lot of hassle.

New theory: BushOK had a breakdown on the job due to homesickness, he was fired, and came home. The reason he is pushing back Kenya like he is is because he knows he will never go, but is waiting for it to be forgotten so he can shrug it off.

Otherwise, WHAT, the WHOLE reason we were given for your departure from UT was to "babysit" your house till it sales. Well, that was the main one. This proves to me, more than anything, that that story was a lie, a farce, completely made up to cover up whatever reason you were let go.

I did happen to drive by the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile yesterday between Albuquerque and Santa Rosa.  Unfortunately, we both were driving 75 mph so I was unable to get a picture.

I'm looking forward to tonight.  KFOR's (Oklahoma City's NBC Affiliate) Anchor Kevin Ogle is at the White House and is interviewing President Obama.  I'm looking forward to watching the interview.  Word is, the President is a Thunder fan!!  The interview will air tonight at 10:00 pm.
