And which universities would those be? I doubt it's many, if any.

I believe it's also been shown that a lot of people who say they are veg*n in polls actually do eat meat and don't really understand what the terms mean.

It also says that white men, Republicans, and blacks are most likely to be vegan. Small sample size FTL.

I'm guessing 1% of Americans are vegan...
