For Trump. This line of attack has been tried many times but it was always failed againt Hillary. If Bill was running this would be big news but Hillary is not Bill and accusing a woman for her husband's infidelities never sits well with voters

I think he isn't going to bring this up in the debate. He does this before the debate and the women will be at the debate, but he wont talk about it actually at the debate. He is doing this to introduce it into the discussion. It may also be his way of inoculating himself from future women coming out and saying he groped them.

We will see how the media treats this. He is hoping they start asking the question "is bill clinton a rapist?" "Is Hillary a rape apologist?"  But, I'm not so sure (outside of FOX) the media is going to play the tune Trump wants.
