The sitting Secretary of External Affairs, Dr. Cynic, has not even posted, much less performed his official duties, in well over a month. He has given no explanation for this absence. Though I will not question his motives in not doing his job, we cannot afford for the Commander-in-Chief's top adviser on foreign policy to be completely absent. Thus, it is time for this body to step in and remove Dr. Cynic from office, after which President Napoleon (who may or may not have knowledge of Cynic's absence that we lack) could appoint a successor.

I believe I contacted Cynic; no response. Not even bothering with Napoleon, who should know full well if a cabinet member is absent for a month.

Disappointed, but not surprised.  The President has never been willing to work with the Committees that he ostensibly favored creating.
