I'm wondering if “being delayed” be the new term for the definition of “character assignation” in the new updated playbook for Democratic politics?

[REVIS"O] ,” justice delayed” would be a more bipartisan correctly used term. For the Democrats it works for their definition of character assignation, and for the Republicans, the term fills the definition of a democratic crucifixion. It’s just a coincidence that Democrats have used the term more often.
