Ed Marksberry is now running as an independent.

I don't think this will be an issue.

I like Marksberry, but I'm afraid to vote for him, for fear of draining votes from Grimes.

If Kentucky had the sense to enact instant runoff voting before the election, this won't be a problem.

It's one thing to be upset that you are losing in a race, but it's another to drop out of the primary and run as an independent to sabotage the nominee because you're bitter. Go f[inks]ck yourself Marksberry. You're just giving the conservatives ammo that our liberal OWS wing is just as bad as  their Tea Party wing.

I feel bad for Kentuckians...they are represented by two of the biggest dunderheads in the U.S. Senate, definitely the worst overall delegation. I'd move to Ohio.

Meh. Graham is conservative but at least he's willing to govern. Scott is a Tea Partier but he's not a bomb thrower. If DeMint was still there they'd be in the running though.

Jim Inhofe is enough of a dunderhead for both Oklahoma Senate seats, so I'm not going to argue this one.

Rand isn't that bad. Though my judgement may be a bit clouded by my love and respect for his father.

Didn't Sharron Angle outraise Reid? Senate leaders make great lightning rods.

Coming out the primary, Angle was far behind, but was running even with Reid towards the end.

Bevin rolls. The only reason this seat is in play is because McConnell has been in Washington for so long and is arguably the main contributor to the gridlock in Washington.

I've heard both Pub primary arguments from Dems, but Sawx's view is the predominant one. Al Cross and Howard Fineman, among others, were impressed with Bevin at Fancy Farm. At any rate the trademark nuking is incoming...

No. We want McConnell to win the primary, albeit barely, but come out battered and having diverted precious resources to defeating Bevin.

The KY GOP is trying to claim that Grimes' goal was to raise $7 Million and that she failed spectacularly, a claim there is no evidence of.
