Spitzer's numbers are literally better than Paterson's. God, Spitzer vs. Giuliani would be hilariously appropriate for New York. But Cuomo will run and easily win both primary and general. I also think Maloney has an excellent chance of beating Gillibrand in a primary. And let me be the first to hint at this: Caroline Kennedy lives in Maloney's district - the East Side, Midtown and Queens. If she's still interested, winning there would be a hell of a lot easier for her than statewide (though not as easy as being appointed).
A kennedy winning the famous "Silk Stocking" district. I can't think of a more appropriate district for her, then one with a bunch of famous rich white liberals.
