I know somebody who is a Rubio insider, and I haven't dared to ask him (nor would I say here if I did) if Rubio is running, but judging by this insiders credentials, I think Rubio is 100% running  for reelection next year. This is just publicity to bulk up his credentials as a high profile Senator and a "mover and a shaker."

When do you imagine Romney will announce if he does go through with it? Later this month or in February seems the most logical to me so that donors don't escape from his hands.
