Running ads in Chinese or Vietnamese in parts of California isn't a bad strategy, actually. It's a good way to get your message out with little opposition from your less well-funded opponent.

I'm just trying to make a point that once someone sees 1,500 of your ads, having them see another 200 is only going to do so much.
It could even be possible that some voters are being turned off by the saturation levels, with the feeling either that she's trying to buy the election, or are just turned off by people who spend so excessively, or are just sick of seeing so many ads for the same candidate that they would otherwise be neutral towards.
