I'm going with Vermont. I'd expect Trump to lose a bigger share of Republicand in Vermont than he does nationally.

Then again, I'm no expert on New England politics.

Are you sure Vermont is maxed out? I'd think there'd be a lot of moderate Republicans there who voted for Mitt Romney but don't like Trump.
