Biden has a lot of money to spend. And even though Florida is a reach state for Democrats there are plenty of big name donors in FL who want their bread buttered.

The Virginia office is more notable, because no winning Democratic ticket should ever need to open an office in Hampton.

People who are answering some form of "no but he wants to" / "no but he would if he had the ability" seem to forget that he has had the ability to in a good chunk of the country that he currently occupies or previously occupied. And Russia's policies in these territories were textbook genocide. So what, are we going to say it doesn't count as a "genocide in Ukraine" unless it's happening in all of Ukraine? MN is polling around Biden +2, while Florida is polling around Trump +8. Though MN is unlikely to be the tipping point state unless we see a gigantic urban-rural depolarization.
