Yes, they actually still call the city a "Nuclear Free Zone". For such a free-thinking environment, they sure have some assinine laws. I've had friends ticketed for jaywalking. My old duplex was in violation of the greenspace ordinance because someone drove through and ripped up a tiny strip of grass. They now have a 6pm curfew for people under 18 in certain areas (but they only arrest black people for some reason Huh though no one will ever admit it). Basically the answer to the question "Can I..." is always no if it involves a basic task like crossing the street or parking and yes if it involves some stupid liberal fantasy like sex and drugs.
