Definite FF.

He actually deserves the term "moderate Republican" and was one of the most bipartisan members of congress. Also had an interesting career in law enforcement, like working to bring the Green River killer to justice, albeit it took several years before DNA samples matched.

I doubt he wins the governorship this year, but if so, I think he'd do a solid job and could go the route of Charlie Baker.

Interesting, I didn't realize he was a moderate. Tbh I didn't even know he was running for governor -- the only thing I really knew about him was his dramatic upset of Speaker Tom Foley in '94.

Confusing him for George Nethercutt?

HP.

Darcy Burner should've had his seat in 2006.

Looks like I have  Tongue  Tongue
In my defense, pretty much all congressional Republicans from Washington are moderates (see also: Newhouse and Beutler), so it's easy to get them confused!

Anyway, re: Reichert, considering he was reelected in landslides in a swing district, I would guess he was a good guy and good representative based off that alone (see also: Chris Gibson in NY19; his 2014 reelection is one of the few recent congressional races I would wholeheartedly have voted Republican in).

Voted "FF" as it would be nice to have another Main Street Republican in Congress.
