Worse.

He will try to pull out as soon as he can, IMO.  He will declare some kind of "victory" after elections are held and say that we aren't needed there anymore.

And what should the criteria be for leaving?

1. The pacification of the countryside
2. The creation of a civil defense force of iraqis that can defend themselves against foreign and domestic threats
3. Establishment of a legitimate consensual government

Maybe I'm naive, but I actually believe Kerry when he speaks, and thus don't believe this is his position.

NYM -

Isn't a complete withdrawal in four years one of his positions?

For that statement alone, I could not vote for him.

He also said he'd could be out in six months.
