How about we have 2 Populares supporters, 2 RPP supporters, and 2 JCP supporters all submit 2 questions - one for their own candidate and one for an opposing party's candidate.  The questions would then be presented to the candidates in a random order.  Each candidate would be allowed a 400 word opening statement and a 400 word closing statement.  Answers to the questions would have a maximum length of 250 words, to which the other candidates could offer 100 word rebuttals.  Sound fair?
