first day at university tomorrow...

part of me wants to be in Vermont, part of me is pumped to be in polisci at last, part of me is scared sh**tless and would rather go back to grade 12 (sans biology) and part of me is looking forward to it with apprehension and curiosity. But for sure, all of me hates Labour Day.

Went to the local parade today. Pretty lame tbh.

Oh, and there are three wildfires in my county, luckily none are near Louisville!

Well, I spend most of this day doing some bureaucratic magic at the University: handing some useless papers/documents (I wouldn't deliver them in time, I'd probably be removed from student lists). If you think you know the monster of the bureacracy, visit University of Warsaw. You'd be stunned.

I'm feeling better.  Although I still have the same basic problems, it's like a wound that only starts hurting really bad when you pour salt on it, or something.  It's still there, but it's not making you writhe on the ground in pain all the time.

Now I have another problem.  I decided I'd call Stacie (that girl) on Wednesday, and I told her I would, but that was when I was feeling distressed and wanted to talk to someone about my problems.  Now, I don't really feel any desire to call her.  She probably doesn't care if I do or not, but it's possible that if she's as sadistic as I sometimes fear, she'll hold it against me just to torture me, if I don't call.

I am still not very content with my situation, but not to the point of "zomg I would kill myself if I weren't atheist."

You say you're "friends" with this girl, who you met online, and have her phone number etc., and you go to the same school, but you've never met in person?

She lives in Washington.  I live in California.

Okay, anyways, you're acting bizarrely.  If you say you're going to call someone, then call them.  You can't blame them for acting a little oddly, or angrily, themselves if you behave in such an odd manner.

Have a very annoying headcold.

It makes it impossible to fall asleep because I can't breathe through my nose.

Washing up still not done, but very well tidied on the sink unit, less and less desert plates, only 1 round knife and 2 large spoons left. Could be for tonight, need a real dinner, especially with temperature being cooler, which is fine, chilling, and thus back to tea too.

I sent her a message before calling, and she said she was busy.  She asked if she could call back later, to which I said yes, but she never called back.  She didn't exactly say she would, anyways.  I don't really have a desire to call her anymore, since I'm not feeling as horrible.

dude you do care so don't damn well pretend you don't. You need to call her out on it or shut up about it.  It is not rocket science dude. tell her your damn expectations. it will help you in the long run in the relationship.

Guzzling on a 40 to drown my Eagles-induced sorrows.  It's going to be a long season if that stubborn ass Andy Reid sticks with Kolb like I think he will.

I baked a political cake with one of my leftie friends. We decided that even though our parties disagree on well... a lot... we could at least agree about cake being good.

The symbols are for the Center Party, and the Socialist Left Party.

My history professor forgot to call me Morgan.  I hate having to always give a note to my professor at the beginning of class, and then have them forget and call me by my "real" name.  I'd get my name legally changed, but then my father would flip sh-t.

I messaged my friend asking if it was a good time to call, and it just resulted in confusion.  It's pretty obvious that she doesn't want to talk to me.  I can't imagine anybody would enjoy talking to some Internet friend who lives a thousand miles away.
