They were once one of the most Republican friendly of minority groups. Funny how things change.

They might well be again should the Democrats nominate a Jewish veep again (or prez, obviously). Anybody have results from Dearborn when Senator Levin runs?

Uh, no.  Muslims voted 2-1 for Bush 1 in 1992, swung to Clinton by a similar margin in 1996, then back to the GOP in 2000 when Bush 2 openly embraced them.  American Muslims are, contrary to what the media would have one think, very conservative both socially and economically and therefore should be Republicans.  But any campaign that takes them for granted will lose them, and lose them by a lot.  You can read more about this in depth here.  But please don't suggest that Democrats will lose the Muslim vote on the virtue of them having a Jewish person on the ticket.

I realize that your knowledge of religion is very weak, but at least do some research before you want to make a totally ignorant statement like that again.
