This might not be the rich place for this, but I wanted to participate in the WA caucuses on Saturday and had two questions:

1)  I wanted to bring some friends with me, but they live in various neighborhoods downtown.  Can people from outside my precinct come to my caucus site or do they have to go to their site?
2)  If you want to give a speech in support of a particular candidate, what is the process for that?
