From the perspective of the Democrats who want the GOP ticket to be a ludicrous failure, yes.

I seriously don't know how anyone can have seen the past year of the prinary and come out thinking either Rubio or Bush are remotely positive assets for a national ticket. The GOP elite are like twenty times more stupid than the base that they sneer at, if Bushubio are the calibre of candidate they pick out.

Bush especially is a phenomenonally bad candidate, who would not only lose McCain style but trigger a huge round of purges within the GOP that could threaten everything the party has won in '10 and '14.
