I'm not opposed to that - although the national constitution notes that the age of majority is 16 (anyone 16 and over is an adult).
I keep forgetting about that for some reason.

Still, I think it would be a good idea to have a sort of two-year "safety period".

I asked cinyc to look into it. He said that we probably don't have very many laws about the foster care system. If you're right, then I'd be happy to withdraw the amendment.
