VP Debate Organization & Commentary Thread

First things first, do all of the candidate agree to participate in a debate, hosted by myself?  Please confirm in this thread or via PM.  If that's ok, we need to agree on a time frame and ground rules.  The election is February 16, 11 days from now.  Since there are so many of you, this will need to be a multi-day event.  I want you guys to have a chance to respond to each other like you would in a real debate, rather than just to me.  Of course, I also wouldn't want to see this devolve into bickering (not that you guys would do that, right? ).

To the audience, I want you to PM me all of the questions you have for these running mates, so that I have a stack of juicy questions prepared.  This thread is also the thread for audience response.  Do NOT post in the debate thread when it goes up, if you are not a debater.

Well, I guess we best pick a start date.  I'm still holding out for more questions, so let's pick a date after tomorrow.  Perhaps it should correspond with the Presidential debate.  Are there any dates that any of you running mates will not be on at any time at all.
