I would not bet on Sinema - but I would absolutely bet against Flake winning re-election if he even goes through with running again.

Ward will win the primary handily and should not be underestimated in the general.

I totally agree, unfortunately.

el o el Ben Quayle.

you know what? compared to Kelli Ward, whose savagery and lack of being a human knows no bounds, Quayle's dopey attitude is downright charming.

i mean probably. I don't think winning Flake's senate seat should be that difficult. If Dems can't win it against a Senator with 18% approval rating then its a sign that the Dems are a failed party.

There is no chance Sinema can win. She has way too much baggage.

she's running against a Senator with an 18% approval rating. A wooden plank with a smiley face on it could probably beat Flake if the election was today.

Why is Flake so unpopular? Because he's too liberal or because he's too Trump-ish?

too anti-trump and too politically tone deaf.

Once you're that old and that evil, you really don't think that far ahead.

I'd like to point out that Gillibrand started as a blue dog and has shifted much more left ever since becoming Senator of New York. I only say that because I imagine Sinema having the similar trajectory.

do some of these Dems in this thread realize, for all of the movement made in 2016, that Clinton still lost Arizona by 5? stop pretending this ish is in the bag. It's not. Matt Salmon or Kelli Ward would start out in a Toss-up situation, and if McSally makes it out of a primary it's Lean R (though I'm starting to doubt anyone branded establishment could win unless they are really really good at selling that appeal, and I feel like McSally is overhyped at anything except getting old rich people to give away their money to her).

Sinema could be a really great candidate, or there's a really obvious parallel to Patrick Murphy, who, on paper, seemed like a very good candidate and turned out to be a totally inept loser.

Flake was the one absolute shot of picking up this Senate seat, because he might've made out of a crowded insane aslyum primary including such folks as Joe Arpaio, Kelli Ward, and Jeff DeWit, and Flake, being the least popular Senator in america atm, he would lose to Planky McPlankerton.

Flake would get, at most, 12% of the vote as an indie. That may be enough, idk.

Yes she could but then that put a target on her head that Ward could easily use.

No, but she has the appearance of one, just like Vogel. They are the most dangerous type of Republicans.
one could argue Gillespie is of this model

I doubt McSally would be running ads about MS-13.

REALLY? I absolutely wouldn't put it past her at all. I could count on a single hand the number of GOP officials that I'd think would shy away from that kind of campaign.
