We need to send in the US Army to rape and pillage the South again and colonize it with Northerners. The South's peculiar and odd cultural traditions will no longer be forced upon the the true American Yankees.

I didn't differentiate by race and why would I?  On Average They hold the same social views are their scots-irish/yankee transplant neighbors. The only difference is they favor economic liberalism and vote reflexively democrat because the GOP in dixie plays the race card covertly.

Dixie is moving more towards the norms of the rest of the nation with the process being fastest in virginia/north carolina/florida. In time the region will have redeemed itself.

That's true. Also, Texas isn't too far off from turning politically saner thanks to immigration from south of the border.

There is the choice of letting them go which wouldn't solve anything since they'd be illegally immigrating to the US within 6 months(Mexico actually enforces it's borders) and still be coming in.

Things wouldn't get that bad but standards of living would decline to mexican levels.

Peak oil will destroy dixie's suburbs and sprawl metroplexes to the point where by 2050 only 10% of seats will be in dixie.

We should add mexico, central america, the carib islands and the phillippines to the US with instant citizenship to swamp the sunbelt in a latin tide.

I'd honestly have zero problems with the south if they'd stop being so pushy with their religiosity and social conservatism.

What makes dixie so morally superior that they need to always be on presidential tickets? If we're assigning high political seats based on moral superiority why not New England? After all it's the home of most reform movements, the puritan fathers, etc.
