Putting aside sbane's someone that Hillary shot her missile against the wrong target, the tradeoff in price regulating drug prices, is that there will be less future drug research (it's basically a one time confiscation of drug companies' future cash flow from sunk costs. I assume no progress has been made on my proposal that drug companies should not be allowed to charge higher prices in the US than other nations, except for whatever demonstrated cost savings there are from volume sales to single national government buyers.
