No; it looks like Stark already voted.
Actually, I'm the No vote. Graf von Stauffenberg was perfectly willing to support Hitler as long as he was winning.  Granted, he did think the Nazis went too far, but all in all he was quite the German hypernationalist. Only once Hitler started losing did he consider plotting against him.  He was hardly an angel, just not as bad a devil as Hitler. Under the Graf, the Germans would have been a gentler and kinder Master Race.
