I wasn't on the forum when Hamilton did his reign of terror but from what I’ve been able to piece together, he was the most dastardly Atlas villain of all time whose ultimate goal was to take over the forum. He nearly succeeded and brought the forum to the brink of destruction until a small ragtag band of moderators was able to seal him away using forbidden arts (later known as the "nuclear option")… until now that is.
