Actually you're on the right track and I recommended something like what you said before.  He even had a thread where he said he was getting hit on by Cougars.  I'm sure Phil could land a hot divorced MILF or simply a hot older single woman who decided to never settle down, but I don't know if that's in his comfort level.  Plus older women tend to know what they're doing and are eager so there's no work involved for the most part.  Damn, this reminds me of an old Howard Stern episode about 12 years ago when this inexperienced, academic type HS Senior got taken to his  prom by a porn star set up by his mom and Stern and he comes back later with a wife beater, gold chain and a smirk.

So I get to class early and sit at the back table. There is an empty space (no chair) between where I am sitting and where she typically sits. She comes in and this kid that usually sits next to her goes to the empty spot. Instead of going to a spot with a chair, he decides to carry a chair all the way to the back and sits next to her.

It doesn't matter that much though. We didn't really do anything besides the instructor evaluation. I asked to borrow her lab manual for something (I actually needed it) but, of course, the kid sitting next to her decided to volunteer his for me to use. Go figure. Nothing will happen during the final so I guess I can cross that one off my list.
