No one, as viz. Kim Jong Il ... but a dictator willing to stay in office long would likely choose a very different photo to be displayed everywhere. One that'd make him looking more caring, and wiser, and also more dangerous; one that faces the camera.

Dictators get thrown out of office all the time. Some even resign of their own volition.

Dictators are usually thrown out for one of two reasons.
   * Violent uprising that over powers the police forces.
   * The president of the United States fears losing the next election.

As long as you keep a strong police force and kiss the USA's ass from time to time, your reign as dictator can last forever. Just look at Saudi Arabia.

Add internal dynamics of fascist government. (Just think Khrushev... the people who initially followed Mao... numerous Brasilian dictators over the years...) Although in those cases the dictator will be replaced by one of his old allies.

Kelly can be a man's name.  So can Meredith or Lynn, believe it or not.

I understand this, and don't see a problem with it. For this same reason, I don't see a problem with a male cat named Lucy.

Haha, a good impersonation. I don't know if you've ever heard of them, but there was a Seattle band from the 90s named Mudhoney, you look a lot like their front man (Mark Arm) in this picture.
