As much as I don't want Hillary to become the next President, this is delusional. California's not gone Republican since 1988. Hell, its current Governor has the nickname "Governor Moonbeam." The GOP's only presence in the state is the minority of Congressmen sent to Washington by rural and right-leaning suburbs.
