Saying 'neither' is implicit support for SA

No, neutrality is neutrality.  This particular talking-point of yours is ridiculous.
If I see someone being murdered and I choose not to intervene, then I'm siding with the murderer, not being 'neutral.' Not taking sides in a conflict between the oppressor and the oppressed is, in practice, always siding with the oppressor, regardless of how superior 'staying neutral' makes you feel.
