I've actually given this a lot of consideration and I'd have to say the Supreme Court. It is probably my singular disappointment and dread as a result of this election. Roe v. Wade probably doesn't even register in the top 10 decisions I fear. If things get really bad, I wonder if even Obergefell stands. My ultimate fear is the the undoing of the Warren Court's vast expansion of civil liberties and the potential return to the pre-1937 Lochner Era. Minimum wage laws could be ruled categorically unconstitutional, "right-to-work" could be imposed nationwide, child labor laws could be struck down, and even Medicare and Social Security could be wiped out. In terms of civil liberties, I could see Gideon, Mapp, Miranda, and Griswold overruled.
