Colin Powell's credibility is in tatters, thanks to his association with the Bush regime.

I can't help it! You all are making me laugh by saying such hilarious things such as Bill Owens or Bill Frist might be President someday!

Only Dan Quayle would be sillier.

Owens is a right-wing wingnut. He'd probably get laughed right out of office.

Do you not consider George Bush also to be a "right-wing wingnut?"

Indeed I do. Most everyone I know agrees.

He is. He supports a bill that would censor left-leaning college professors.

If the Republicans consider Giuliani too liberal, then they've got even worse problems than I thought.

You would consider Lieberman to be too conservative, no?

Indeed I would. There's no way I could ever vote for him.

If the GOP's rise in power continues, it wouldn't surprise me if at some point in the future the Democrats dessolve and form a new party.

I think this will happen if they can't defeat Dumbya this year.

Well, I totally agree that a new party should be formed by the likes of:
Joe Lieberman, Joe Biden, Evan Bayh, Bill Richardson, Mary Landrieu, Wes Clark, Jennifer Granholm etc - D
and
John McCain, Richard Lugar, Lincoln Chafee, Arlen Specter, Colin Powell etc - R

A party like that would last maybe a few weeks if it's lucky.
