I mean, he is The Corrupt Frank Guinta after all. Bill Jefferson lost in a D+22 district due to corruption, so sadly this doesn't prove your theory about NH women.

I know this is off-topic, but can anyone explain to me how Bill Jefferson managed to lose in freaking 2008 in a district that is roughly 62% Black?
