Well, if he runs again, which I'm actually surprised that he is planning to, that means this race will start out as Lean D, and Republicans hope of taking the seat diminishes quite a bit. It would take a massive wave to unseat him.

If he runs he'll probably do about as bad as Harris did in '06.
