Have to go with Sanders for best.

And Jeffords is the worst by default, but even his record is pretty decent...just slightly behind Leahy.

Bernie/didn't vote.  Vermont's never really produced a bad senator.

Fun fact: Pat Leahy is the only Democrat to ever be elected senator from Vermont.

I'd agree, but something tells me modern libs wouldn't like a LOT of the former Republicans from VT.  Ralph Flanders is a great example.
