Agreed. How can there by a 0.3% drop nationally, but only a 0.1% drop in each region.
My apologizes on that I meant to have the unemployment rate drop equally in each region. I will retroactively fix that by showing a 0.3 drop in each region, their should be new numbers coming out today.

Shouldn't the regional numbers for the March 30 update be 7.1/6.8/5.9?
Yes I do deeply appoligize for messing up the regional numbers, I will make sure to ensure they averaged out. What I was trying to do was factor in federal legislation and federal government action into federal numbers plus regional numbers, along with factoring regional legislation and regional government action into the respective regional numbers. I will do a full restatement of all three numbers.
