Macon county is 61% black, and went 63-34 for Hillary Clinton. It should be blue on this map.

If Biden is winning places like Baker County, he’s probably doing better than Clinton in the rurals, so he definitely wins.

Burke voted for Kemp and I expect Biden to match or even improve on Abrams performance in METRO atlanta. Biden wins

doesn't it really matter how much the margins are in those Atlanta counties?  (as it does for Democrats in most states with big city/suburban counties).

I'd say Biden but it could easily go both ways.

yea Macon and Taylor Counties should be blue, but I'd say that maybe COVID hit SW GA hard or something. Trump +1 unless I know exactly what margins are

I agree with this. The margins in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area will matter a great deal. Biden will need to get over 70% of the vote in Fulton County, over 80% in DeKalb and Clayton Counties, over 60% in Rockdale and Douglas Counties, and win by clear margins (at least mid to high single digits) in Newton and Henry Counties. He would also need to carry Cobb and Gwinnett Counties by double digits, get solid numbers out of Chatham, Muscogee, Richmond, and Bibb Counties, and at least hold his ground in the Black Belt.
