No.

But couldn't someone argue in court that it is discrimination to have separate bathrooms for men and women but not for transgender?

I don't think so.  I don't recall hearing of that problem in states where these laws are on the books.  Also, this law only pertains to employment.

Tbat kind of thing has made the news recently. I'll vote in favor of this bill.
