We can bump this in about 1.5 years ...

I`d say it will be slightly lower in the 120-125 Mio. range.

I think there's a better likelihood of a strong third party/indy candidate than in previous elections, which could drive turnout up.  Went with 125-130

105-110 million, back to 2000 levels.  Republicans will either nominate a dullard placeholder or Jean-Marie Le Pen.  The former drives down the turnout due to voter apathy as Obama's popularity goes back up to manageable levels and the latter, well, we can trust the other 105 mil to make the right decision.

Maybe 2004 levels. I doubt it will be as high as 08 because the enthusiasm simply won't be there.
