It's hard to imagine any sitting president losing anymore. It's also hard to imagine more than 4 years of Trump. It was hard to imagine two terms of Bush and yet, he was in total control over everything from 2003 to 2007. I am going to go with 2 terms.


Um no Bush was uber popular till early 2004 and if you did polls in 2002 and 2003 he probably leads by 15-20 points
