There is no doubt that Hillary has taken a political hit for this and it was stupid of her to have her own server and it shows that she is paranoid and secretive. That being said, I also doubt she will ever be in any real legal danger.

The issue seems to be items that were not labeled or considered classified by the State Dept. were sent to her but now some in the intel community think they should have been classified or they have retroactively been made classified. Or at least that is what it seems from the reporting I have seen, it could be something more serious and then maybe she is in real trouble.

What are the chances that the server wasn't compromised at some point through out those 4 years?

Are they any different than the chances that the state.gov email server wasn't compromised? John Kerry has already said he assumes the Chinese and Russians are reading his emails.

I doubt Obama would have said that if the FBI was readying an indictment, which means that if the GOP wants to take Clinton down with scandal, it all comes down to the Benghazi Committee, which apparently has been transformed into the Clinton Email Committee
