This is why I don't like populism. The FDIC is an insurance policy for our bank deposits and its what makes our banks safer then many in the world. They shouldn't be prevented from doing there job because of public anger. Tap the Treasury for emergency funds if need be.

agreed.  now is not the time to add costs to the banks
