Ron Paul vs. Bernie Sanders

Paul extols my least favourite political virtue, that of "consistency". That's what his supporters use to defend him - "say what you like about Dr Paul, at least he's consistent". In practise "consistency" is a euphemism for closed-mindedness.

Sanders is pretty good, but ultimately a generic socdem, only notable for his "independence" (cough, cough) and mislabeling himself as a socialist.
