Why did Paul Ryan - or whoever agreed to him doing this - think this was a good idea? This isn't like Michele Bachmann's 'crazy eyes' where she had no idea she was going to look ridiculous until she was staring at herself on the cover. Photos like these belong in only two places:

He's stronger than I am. I use that very weight, but not for lower arm work.  I use them to press up from my shoulders while at a 45 degree angle on a slanted bench. It's much easier.
