Has the Kemper power plant been an issue beyond the PSC races, or are voters resigned to being screwed?

AP hasn't called it but with Hinds and the some of the Delta still out there's really no way Hood could lose the lead at this point.

And will someone please get counting the last 30% of the vote?

Mississippi is so bad at this.  I haven't even visited the SoS site but I assume it's still the worst.

Dems did win two of the three PSC seats, so they can at least make Southern Co. miserable over Kemper.  Of course, ratepayers will ultimately be on the hook for the monstrosity if it ever becomes operable.
