Water is a good place to start. Slam 2 glasses of it. Then a few hours later, 2 more. Then, a few hours after that, 2 more.
Starting tomorrow, slam 2 glasses of water as soon as you wake up. Trust me, it
WON'T take long before having a sufficient amount of water is a habit you instinctively do.
And each time you have water, drink your glasses quickly. Don't nibble on them. Having 2 glasses that way will take you all of 30 seconds. In fact it takes you longer to fill your glass than to drink it.
