You're probably right, Chairman Sanchez.  The difference is he won't persecute or demonize those who believe differently. And that's an important distinction.

Yes, this video obviously demonizes people against same sex marriage. Because the entire plan was to make sure all Republicans saw this video and shame them into voting for Hillary out of guilt.

Disturbing the peace and blocking traffic is not guaranteed under the 1st amendment. 

So let's just ban marathons, fairs, and charity walks because I can't get down Figueroa during the LA marathon and that just f**ks up mine and everyone else's day.

Those are events that don't cause the peace to be disturbed and are supported and widely accepted by the entire community.  Non-family friendly, loud, "party" Type events should not take place in the road.

Well hate to break it to you, but pride events ARE accepted by the San Francisco community at large.
