Everybody's certain Schweitzer will run this time just as they were certain he was going to run before. Schweitzer is still a legitimate candidate for president because if Hillary doesn't run (about 35% chance she wont) then the Democratic nomination becomes a clown car allowing candidates like Schweitzer to gain traction.
