I think the Comey letter set the expectation that there would be new emails forthcoming, and that has been baked into public opinion by now.  Unless they produce something that's clear evidence of a criminal act on Clinton's part, I don't think there's going to be much further movement.

Almost toxic one might say. The problem is not the story.

The problem is that Hillary reacted quite aggressively about these issues lending credence to the possibility that they are onto something big.

The FBI email investigation is going to tilt the key states towards Trump if this keeps topping headlines on the main news websites.

I don't know. The reports that FBI is trumpland, and then the permanent leaks... Some say there's nothing here, others OMG! This is the smoking gun... I honestly think that, like the rape story, this will also fall flat.
