Rothenberg switches the rating from tilt r to lean r because of this, Sabato from lean r to likely r. I am keeping this at lean r for now though. This will hurt walsh, the question is how much?

They conducted a thorough investigation and gave Walsh a fair hearing. Revocations don't happen overnight.
